- Pour the marinade into the bowl, mix together throughly and set aside for 1/2hr.
- Set oven to moderate /180 degrees celsius.
- In a baking tray, place potatoes at the bottom of the tray place chicken on top, pour in the marinade on the chicken pieces, drizzle 1/2 cup of olive oil and bake for 50 minutes.
- Remove chicken pictures and keep warm and bake potatoes for about 40 minutes or until crusty.
- Mix chicken pieces, cover and set aside for 8 minutes before serving.
